MOZA AL OTAIBA        CEO / FOUNDER

 

Moza Saeed Al Otaiba commenced her business career in 2005 by playing a major role in the development and advancement of her family's company "Al Otaiba Holdings", which is chaired by her father Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Otaiba. As a businesswoman aspiring to transcend borders in her field, Moza's passion, personal values and vision have shone through. She is the founder and CEO of Al Otaiba Inmaa Group. Under her leadership, a variety of companies– including consulting, artistic productions, media and public relations, and oil and gas field services–are presently serving the GCC.

 

Before establishing and running "Al Otaiba Inmaa Group", Moza's professional career ranged from banking to education and human development. Prior to establishing her business she was the Country Program Coordinator for the GCC countries in the United Nations Development Fund for Woman (now UN Woman). Her work involved programs advocating women empowerment and human rights. Prior to that she was an instructor of Business Management and Electronic Commerce.

 

Moza serves on many important boards in Abu Dhabi; including a seat on the Board of Trustees at the Family Development Foundation. The Family Development Foundation is headed by H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak and was established to place a priority on the welfare of sustainable development for family and community members in Abu Dhabi. She is also a member in the Executive Board of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, The UAE Corporate Social Responsibility Group and the Zayed Giving Initiative, which is part of the UAE Red Crescent program. She was recently selected as the UAE "Business Woman of the Year" by the prestigious L'Officiel ITP Group.

 

Moza graduated from the highly acclaimed Webster University in London, with a Master of Arts in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
