We began with a workforce of just ten; today we employ hundreds of staff, some of whom have been with us right from the very beginning. We tend to be very selective when choosing individuals to join our team, however this is the case because once chosen we invest an extensive amount of resources into our team members. We are fully committed to staff retention, enhancement and development. Just as a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, we at M2 Supplies are aware that the individuals who make up our company must have the tools, determination and drive required to meet the challenges and identify the opportunities that they face on a daily basis and that they will undoubtedly face as they grow together with M2supplies & Technical Services.

It is our objective here at M2 Supplies & Technical Services to keep the needs of our clients central to every thing we do. This company was established to provide superior quality products and services to clients in our industry who were finding it difficult to have their often high-specification needs adequately met. In every task that we approach we are careful to remember that if the demands of our clients are not met and surpassed, there can be no place for the kind of growth that we hope to achieve in the Oil and Gas industry.
The different departments of M2 Supplies work closely together, and while our sector interests may be diverse, the sharing of best business practices and our communal focus on results equips us to make bold, sound decisions. We maintain impeccable standards pertaining to employee safety and environmental compliance regulations.
Because of my background in engineering it is easy for me to see the importance of strict compliance with health, safety and environmental standards not only from the perspective that they protect the people and the environment that we so heavily rely on, but also from the perspective that these standards promote and ensure high levels of efficiency and productivity. Over the past few years one of my focuses has been exploring every aspect of the health, safety and environmental standards present throughout our company and throughout the companies that we have affiliated ourselves with. I am pleased to say that we have not simply complied with the standards outlined by regulatory bodies; we have gone above and beyond to exceed those standards. All of our employees are given extensive safety and environmental training, and have unrestricted access to policy statements, guidelines and information on safe operating practices.
